CarDATA designs and supports nontaxable vehicle reimbursements in compliance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines. This may be a Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) Plan, an Accountable Plan or the Standard Mileage Reimbursement. 

CarDATA maintains price and expense data down to a county or zip code level for fuel, insurance, maintenance, license, title and all related taxes to ensure complete accuracy for each driver’s reimbursement.

Fuel costs, the most volatile expense, are tracked daily across the country. To reflect this change, each driver's reimbursement rates are updated monthly on their individual driver schedule.
