PLATINUM CLIENT SERVICE
CarData offers a superior level of knowledgeable attention deemed “Platinum Service”. Through the use of dedicated service divisions, CarData ensures that client questions are always directed to the right place; a knowledgeable staff member, familiar with the specific topic at hand. The Special Services Division manages insurance and driver license protocols, the Direct Pay Division works solely with driver reimbursements and the Client Service Division is staffed with CSAs.
Each account has a dedicated Client Service Associate (CSA), guaranteeing that the person who helped a driver last week will be the same person to assist that driver the next time they call; never will the driver’s query be directed to a call center. The CSA knows the client and how their VRP is set up and any special processes. The objective is to make drivers know they are being taken care of.
Platinum Service is accountability. The CSA is accountable for their clients; and all drivers, managers and client admins understand that accountability when they have a CSA’s name and direct phone number and direct email address.
